- Cross-platform mobile app built in React Native (iOS + Android).
- Custom scraping pipeline ingesting hundreds of thousands of job offers directly from ATS sources.
- Embeddings power semantic classification and search across the offer index.
- LLM inference scores offer-to-profile matching to surface the best fits per candidate.
- LLM inference generates a fresh CV tailored to each individual offer.

Dec 2023 - Sep 2025An esports data provider delivering real-time insights. Computer vision and prediction models turning live matches into product for players and bookmakers.
- Led cross-functional engineering & product teams (back-end, front-end, ML, PM, UX).
- Defined and executed the product and technical roadmap end to end.
- Owned cloud infrastructure on GCP for scalability, reliability and cost-efficiency.
- Drove performance work on model inference and data extraction pipelines.
- Stayed hands-on in back-end and ML code alongside the team.

SVP Product Engineering Scaleway (opens in a new tab)
Jul 2021 - Dec 2023Product Engineering, reporting to the CTO. The remit: build a public cloud from scratch and stand as a credible European alternative to AWS, GCP and Azure across compute, storage, networking and PaaS. Department created when Scaleway scaled from 300 to 600+ employees, structured into IaaS, PaaS and Transversal Engineering tribes.
- Ran a department of 120+ engineers, 20+ Engineering Managers, 3 Heads of Engineering.
- Shipped 10+ new products in 2022 alone (out of 25+ across my tenure): compute, object & block storage, networking, PaaS.
- Hired 50+ engineers in 2022, including Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers.
- Built an extended engineering ladder (IC + management tracks) and a new Heads-of-Engineering layer.
- Standardized Scrum delivery, demo culture, and an internal Engineering Management Academy.
- Deployed AI infrastructure with 1,000+ H100 GPUs.
- Helped redefine company strategy alongside leadership.

VP Front, then VP UXP Scaleway (opens in a new tab)
Sep 2018 - Jul 2021Front-end, devtools, billing, websites, docs, product and visual design. Every surface a Scaleway customer touches. Joined as a Product Manager (Feb 2018) on the internal monitoring strategy for 130k+ servers, then took over the front-end and developer-experience perimeter.
- Hired and structured the department (7 EMs / 30 developers).
- Shipped the revamped Scaleway Console covering 20+ cloud products, with an open-source React design system.
- Designed the Envoy-based API gateway connecting 20+ products via gRPC, with auto-generated docs and CLI.
- Launched Apple-Silicon-as-a-Service, making Scaleway one of the first providers to offer M1 Mac minis in the cloud.
- Unified DX across APIs (taxonomies, verbs, conventions). Customers consistently called it out as a key advantage.

Nov 2012 - Feb 2018Paris-based consulting studio I co-founded straight out of engineering school. Front-end-leaning but full-stack in practice, with the full founder stack on the side: hiring, sales, finance, offices.
- Hired 20 developers over five years, peak team of 9.
- Delivered 50+ projects: websites, React / React Native, iOS (Objective-C), Android, back-end (Node, PHP/Symfony), CMS, hosting.
- Grew revenue from scratch to 550k€+ in our last three years (170k€ → 471k€ → 577k€).
- Clients incl. BETC (Havas), Crédit Agricole, Schneider Electric, Peugeot, Danone, FFR, L'Oréal, Ogilvy, Netflix.
- Notable: competitions.ffr.fr (3,200 amateur rugby clubs), credit-agricole.fr, schneider-electric.com (20+ locales incl. RTL).
